                                                 We Provide Free National Pick-Up and Recycling Services for Companies.                                                   Fill out the form below or call us to learn more (minimums apply).

South Florida businesses: minimum of 20 large items. Printers and accessories (keyboards, mice, etc) are excluded.  Must include 10 Functional  (hard drives can be removed) Desktops or Laptops that are less than 7 years old.  Functional means all parts are intact.  Torn down items, or items missing parts (other than hard drives) do not count toward the minimum.

• If you have other items such as servers, phones, cell phones, tablets, networking gear, etc., they may also meet the minimums for a free pick up.  Please contact us for details.
• We will gladly take other nonfunctional, incomplete items in addition to the minimum functional items.
• Nonworking donations: leave internal components intact: memory, CPU, etc. Hard drives can be pulled from PCs.

Out of state businesses: 15 functional i5 or i7 processor desktops or 15 functional i5 or i7 processor laptops that are less than 7 years old. Functional means all parts are intact.  Torn down items, or items missing parts (other than hard drives) do not count toward the minimum.

We do not perform residential pickups. Residential items can be dropped off at our South Florida location, or you can mail the item(s) to us directly. Laptops, tablets, and phones less than five (5) years old qualify for the free mail-in program. 

We reserve the right to refuse any pickup request.

NOTE

• When possible, please include power cords with all laptops, tablets, etc.
• For larger corporate pickups, when possible, please palletize and shrink wrap the items.  Palletized, shrink-wrapped items are collected at no cost. 
• Please unlock / de-register any items before the pickup. Examples are:
  • Tablets / Cell Phone – please make sure any manufacturer locks (iCloud, Google, Samsung, etc) are disabled.
  • Laptops  – please make sure any BIOS locking service such as Computrace, are deactivated from the system
  • Chromebooks – please make sure they are removed from any enterprise accounts or registration

  Locked items will not count toward the minimums and fees may apply to locked items – please check with Memory for Memory before submitting any locked items.
